State police arrested a Lyons man following a crash at the intersection of Ridge Road and State Route 88 in Wayne County.
The accident, which happened in the town of Sodus, resulted in Marvin Whitfield, 55, being charged with DWI and other traffic violations.
Details of the accident were not released.
However, the 55-year-old Lyons man will answer the charges at a later date in local court.
