Kenneth Bruce Gorelick (n. 5 de junio de 1956, Seattle, Washington, EE.UU.) es un saxofonista estadounidense

Su afición por la música comenzó cuando era pequeño. Su primera presentación en vivo como profesional ocurrió en los años 70, acompañado de Barry White. Los resultados le animaron a seguir adelante, y su carrera comenzó a despegar en la década de los 80. Su cuarto disco, Duotones (1986), fue el que le trajo un gran éxito de ventas; llegó al top 10 en Estados Unidos y mostró sus armas: un sonido instrumental con armonías de ritmo y blues moderno, melodías románticas y colaboración con otros artistas como Smokey Robinson, Peabo Bryson y Michael Bolton. Uno de los grandes vendedores de discos en la onda instrumental, batió records con su álbum Miracles:The Holiday Album (1994), siendo el único CD de música instrumental en alcanzar el primer lugar en las listas americanas.

Toca principalmente el saxo soprano, aunque en ocasiones también el saxo alto, tenor, la flauta y el clarinete.

Kenny posee el record de la nota mas larga (un poco mas de 45 minutos)ya que puede soplar y respirar a la vez (técnica que entre los músicos es conocida ccomo respiración circular)
